If a licensed provider declines to prescribe the requested treatment, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
You may cancel for a full refund any time before a provider reviews your intake. Contact support@trycompound.health.
Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, by law and for safety.
For damaged or incorrect shipments, contact support@trycompound.health within 7 days with photos. If confirmed, we will replace the shipment at no cost.
