Refund Policy

This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Compound Health care requests, recurring plans, and prescription fulfillment.
Provider Declines Treatment
If a licensed provider declines to prescribe the requested treatment, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.
Before Provider Review
You may cancel for a full refund any time before a provider reviews your intake. Contact support@trycompound.health.
Medical Provider Evaluation
Checkout and order records may show the medical provider evaluation as a separate line item from the treatment request or medication-related line item. If the provider declines to prescribe, the amount paid for the declined care request is refunded to your original payment method.
Recurring Plans
If a plan includes recurring billing, you may cancel before the next processing date by contacting support@trycompound.health. Canceling stops future renewal charges, but it does not refund medication that has already been dispensed or shipped.
After Medication Ships
Prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded once dispensed, by law and for safety.
Damaged Or Incorrect Shipments
Contact support@trycompound.health within 7 days with photos. If confirmed, we will replace the shipment at no cost.
